Yippee...manged to get my client and candidate to sitdown and agree on everything...wonderful! now it was time to complete the paperwork and close the process loop...not that I need any excuse to be distracted, but in this case, well worth it, so wanted to pass the following links along and hopefully people will start to think and consider how they do [our] business, when it comes to people...
